Does anyone know any recipes that are close to McDonalds or KFC?
Anyone know how to make Big Mac "special sauce" or KFC. I've heard some people have come pretty close to it. Would like to try it out. Thanks.

Answer by Tarie NFor KFC, first learn to pressure fry. That is the ONLY way you will get the skin of KFC fried chicken.
