Why isnt this working? Im trying pretty hard!?
hey Guys,
Ok so I have been running/walking/boxing and some weights nearly every single week day and usually an hour walk on the weekends or frisbee in the park or somthing like that.
Im 165cms and 162pound
I have been pretty much on par with my 1200 calories a day giver or take a couple of 100cals (except maybe on the weekend but i dont go crazy and eat McDonalds for every meal or anything like that maybe just have a burger at a cafe for
