I grew up loving food and usually needed to turn out to be a chef but did not know how. Living in the country, we had been far from any major city or key school. I wanted to attend a culinary school but given that we lived in a farming community, funds and transportation was little. Throughout my senior year in high school I would perform at the neighborhood truck cease, serving food to all of the trucks passing via our community.
