What are the minimum wage for subway workers at the age of 20 and over?
i am 20 years old and is recently employed by subway. I get a base pay of $ 11.48 per hour. Supposedly, trainee wage, as my pay slip says. Is this allowed? I mean, shouldn't i get the minimum wage which is $ 15, since I'm over 18 years of age? The subway i work in is located in Melbourne, Australia.
