The purpose of this report is to establish a comparison between Dairy Queen and its major competitor Mc Donald's from the 4P's perspective that are; product, price, place, and promotion in the customers' and producers' viewpoints. From the producers' viewpoint Dairy Queen has three different businesses DQ Julius, DQ brazier, and DQ Grill and Chill.
